We can scan and email you all of your documents you receive. This service is ideal if you want to go green and get rid of paper or you simply do not have enough time to physically pick up your mail from our offices. 

If you do not want us to shred your mail, please add it in order notes for us to replace your mail back into your mailbox once completed. Or, if you need your physical mail from time-to-time, you can get our Once Off Mail Forwarding Service, where we will forward you all of the mail that is within your mailbox, meaning that it is not provided as a digital copy or shredded. 

To get this service, you have to log into your account using your credentials and simply click the ‘purchase’ button corresponding to the recurring schedule that you prefer for this service. 

How to choose the right cadence? The best way to choose is to think about the volume of mail you receive each month, as this service is based on the time it takes our team to complete the task, which is planned to be 15 minutes. A good guide is if you receive 3 to 5 pieces of mail a month, select the ‘Monthly’ option (unless you need all mail you receive sooner) or if you receive 15 – 20 pieces of mail a month, select the ‘Weekly’ option.

Note: To get this product, you must already have a monthly package with B2B HQ that includes a mailbox.
